Best Practice Principles for Collecting and Using Feedback from Young People
The Alliance's first commissioned literature review. Dr Alyssa Morse and Ashley Hoye at the ANU were commissioned in 2024 to review best practice and principles for seeking service feedback from young people. The review identifies key themes — including the importance of relaying findings back to young people, careful planning of data collection, not collecting data without intent to act on it, valuing anonymous and visually engaging tools, and considering developmental stage rather than age alone.
